Here, at Peak Care Solutions we Adopt a mindful approach to the situation, we make sure the appropriate care is being provided, working alongside other health professionals such as district nurses and GPs. All our care professionals are trained in administering medicines and have strong local links to services which provide equipment that may help in managing symptoms, maintaining dignity and keeping clients as comfortable as possible.

We know how important it is to be able to provide support for both psychological and physical needs, so the carers we choose are warm and compassionate as well as practical and intuitive. To give you an idea of what’s involved, our professional palliative care at-home services include; administering pain relief medication, mobility and exercise, personal care, well-being, and diet and nutrition.

The services we provide, are all managed and overseen by experienced carers and management staff. All of our care workers are subject to an enhanced DBS check and trained to provide high-quality care to our clients, maintaining a safe, stimulating and social environment throughout care.

Our services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
